Paul S. Milich teaches Evidence, Trail Practice, Contracts and Legal History at Georgia State University, College of Law. Professor Milich joined the faculty in 1983 after practicing with the Reed, McClure firm in Seattle where he was a trial lawyer. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego in 1974, did graduate work in philosophy at the University of Colorado, and earned a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1980.
In addition to his new book, TRIAL PRACTICE: EXERCISES IN WITNESS EXAMINATION AND THE RULES OF EVIDENCE, Professor Milich is the author of two other books, GEORGIA RULES OF EVIDENCE (2d ed.) and COURTROOM HANDBOOK ON GEORGIA EVIDENCE, both published by Thomson/West.
Outside the law school, Professor Milich specializes in designing and presenting trial advocacy and evidence training programs for lawyers. Professor Milich also is a frequent lecturer on evidence for the Institute of Continuing Judicial Education.
